Kennywood Park in Pittsburgh has the best food, the most variety, and the largest servings, for the lowest prices. Soft drinks, cotton candy and other quickie stuff would be about the same everywhere. But Kennywood has a cafeteria with real meals, at decent prices.
Of the different parks I've been too, I'd have to say Busch Gardens Williamsburg was all-around more expensive in the food departement than any Six Flags or Cedar Fair park I've been to. But I'd also have to say that BGW had the best variety and all-around best food I've ever ate at a park.

But I still like Cedar Point's hot dog on a stick, though the price can be high, it's not too bad if that's all I'll eat in a stay at the park. As for other hot dog's on a stick at other parks...well I never had one anywhere else. =\
