Comcast NBC-Universal deal closes

Comcast Corp has completed its takeover of NBC Universal, creating a $30 billion media behemoth that controls not just how television shows and movies are made but how they are delivered to people's homes. Comcast's acquisition of NBC Universal triggered a change of ownership clause on Universal's Orlando, Fla.- amusement park that would allow Blackstone to sell its stake, potentially to Comcast.

All I can say about this whole thread is WOW! I don't know if I should be grateful for all this new found information; or if all the new found information is just gonna make make me care even less. Haven't quite decided yet.
I am not saying I don't care about the posters making valid points for what they beleive. But, really isn't this just a business deal that happens every day.
