Comcast drops Disney bid

Comcast dropped its unsolicited $48.4 billion bid for the Walt Disney Company yesterday, saying that Disney, as well as analysts and investors, were not comfortable with the merger.

Hopefully no one. I think that Disney is better off (creatively and financially) as an independent company... now they just have to unload Eisner and Mitchell.
Perhaps Comcast should look into buying out six flags next.

They'd certainly provide the revenue needed to fund some decent sized cap ex budgets compared to the current owners.
