Variety has reported the deal is set and DreamWorks will become part of NBCUniversal.

The guys over at Theme Park University are speculating that Universal Orlando's third gate will be based on DreamWorks, not Nintendo. Their reasoning: Uni announced that Nintendo-based attractions will be going to their Hollywood, Florida and Japan parks and it's unlikely they'd add lands to two parks and a whole new park in Florida; easier to develop the same attractions at each park.
