Columnist finds danger hype regarding rides to be unnerving

I'm glad Collin Levey decided to write this article, to me it proves a major point. If lawyers are trying to take away our thrills, chills, and spills, they are going to get a BIG FIGHT back.

Have no fear. This is just another in a long history of political "witch-hunts". Markey is no different than Tipper Gore trying to get Ozzy Osbourne and Motley Crue songs banned from radio back in the 80's.

Ha! I would love to see the look on Tipper's face when she found out that Ozzy was recently a guest of Mr. Bush's.

I'll be Markey was mocked by kids his age 'cause he was too scared to ride 'em.;) That explains the motivation for all these pointless findings he's been coming up with.

all I have to say is THANK YOU,THANK YOU,THANK YOU.speaking as a Ride Op I feel that kind of oversensationalism is very bad as Roller COasters kill far less peopel than motorcycles.They are,quite frankely,safe as heck.To me that is kind of like blaming music and video games for real-life violence.And IMO Aanyone who goes after these parks for this crap should be slapped stupid.

I make a motion that we establish a fund to send this woman some FLOWERS!!!!! That article brought a tear to my eye. Markey is an idiot, of course we have known that for years, but now everybody who reads the Wall Street Journal, one of the two national newspapers, sees this village idiot for what he is. Ed Markey you are the weakest link GOOD-BYE!!!! I love that reporter!

Ha! I'll tell you why... it's because it's a "cause" that no one else feels is important enough to take up, and not interesting to anyone other than the media.

Yeah, but what I'm afraid of is the other cronies in DC getting so sick of this guy that they pass his legislation just to get him to shut up. That would be a bad day, my friends.
