Colossos loop finished for the first of ten inversions

Today we got some pictures of the coaster and the completed loop. It is about 75 feet tall, and proceding it is a airtime hill.

Atlantis, Colossus, I'm sure I even heard of another name for this coaster.  It will be FUN, and potentially nauseating, but I'm already dizzy from all the name changes.  Intamin, LOTS of inversions, sounds great by any name.

This is going to be one good coaster I feel. At first I was doubting it and I still think it isn't worthy to take the record off Dragon Khan which I think is the greatest looper in the world, but after seeing it and watching the lifthill go up and the rest proceeding, I grew to like it and I think it will be a sound investment for Thorpe Park and a good coaster.

The airtime hump just after the first inversions surprised me, I thought it would just be inversion after inversion but just after the first inversion we have a nice surprise - what will the other 9 bring?

This is an awesome thing we have here. The people of the UK should be happy with this. Now all we need is for SFMM to top that with an 11 loop rollercoaster (or just make Viper longer, maybe adding another 4 loops?) Then I would be satisfied. (^u^)
At least some people are starting to appreciate this coaster a bit more. You have to remember, that the UK dosnt really have a multi looper in the UK, and this tops the bill quite nicely. Whether it will be Good or Crap, It will still be a Top Coaster in the UK when its built, and this is what the UK needed badly. Fortunutly I live in the UK and will experience this coaster on opening day, so I cant wait for it to open. I am still a little curious what the inline twists will be like, but hopefully they will be good and not too disorinating, We just wont know until opening day and the first people take their ride on it.
I also gotta say the Bunny Hop after the loop looks like its gonna give Some great Airtime:)
Yeah, it has had three names really.  Thorpe Park and its employees always referred to it as Project Odyssey.  Coaster enthusiasts always called it Atlantis.  And now, of course, we have the proper name, Colossus.  None of them are bad names, in my opinion, and yes, the layout is looking a lot better with the bunny hop.  I'm assured there will be another bunny hop elsewhere on the circuit, too.
I wonder if it will follow the newest trend on loopers, a LAP BAR.

That would be amazing!

I like the zero G rolls!  They are great!!
That is not a very high drop to have 10 inversions on.  That loop isn't very high either.
