Coasting on carpeting

We've seen plenty of parking lot coasters, but carpet coasters? Check it out.

Yeah, I'm bored to tears.

LOL! When I saw that title I was thinking of rug burns.

Isn't Wonderpark's a carpet coaster? :)

Those kinds of coasters aren't uncommon. Just do a RCDB search for installations by Wisdom Rides and you'll find quite a few located at small, indoor family fun centers.
Eh Sports plus here in long island has a cool indoor rollercoaster.

ITs wierd because it only makes left turns but its a coaster, not a kiddy coaster.

Looks like it could be a Jeepers... which has a handful of kid rides that I wouldn't be surprised if it were on a carpet.

^Don't be hating, I got the Viper Pit credit at Zonkers and it was a lot of fun.
I know those little coasters are common, but I've never seen one installed on a carpeted floor!
What a cute little bugger, with its smiley face and all.

Yeah, you must've been real bored. :)

You have to wonder how easy it is to keep the carpet clean. Even little coasters drop grease and oil. *** Edited 3/10/2007 2:35:36 PM UTC by FLYINGSCOOTER***

I had a vision of Rob riding a carpet sample down a flight of stairs.

I hope I wasn't the only one.

I haven't ever ridden carpeting down a light of stairs but I did ride a piece of cardboard down the side of a hill... that's close, right? ;)
Haha Rob we used to do that as kids too! That was probably my very first "coaster".

My brother and I did. Right after we saw Olympic bobsledding on TV for the first time. We tried making banked turns and all. Then we'd pour water over our handiwork so it would freeze and get more slippery.

Nothing like going over a snow ramp backwards sitting in an aluminum saucer!

We did the carboard box down a hill thing. My buddy messed his back up big time. He said it was just like sledding til he went airborne and crashed.
