Has anyone played this game for Sega Dreamcast? I almost bought it today, but I decided to get some opinions first.

I've played it. It's one of the best games there is for that system, and in fact, it's the reason I bought that system! Get it now while you still can, or you'll wish that you had! The sequel should be coming out soon, hopefully in time for Christmas, and then you'll REALLY be amazed by this game! But you definitely want to start out with the first game. The sequel is a little more advanced, so you'll appreciate the experience that the original will give you. Also, before you go out shopping, you may want to check out my thread about Ultimate Ride, the new PC coaster sim from Disney coming out on September 25th. I believe that thread has fallen back to page 2 right now, so please help move it back up the ladder again, so more people will see it! BTW, in case you're wondering how I know what the sequel is like when it hasn't even been released yet, that's because I imported the Japanese versions of both games several months before the first one was released here in the states. These are SWEET little coaster games, considering the limitations of the system! I don't regret my purchase one bit. I also own the American version of the first game, and can't wait for the American version of the sequel to come out!

I got it last week. I like it personally. the building tool is a bit basic and the game is rumored to have been developed by a team of 2 people. I thought it was worth 29 bucks at TRU. like I said the editing tool is a basic but it's fun. I dunno how it compares to RCT since I don't play games on my PC. . as for what iron dragon this game dosen;t even scratch the surfac eof what the DC is capable of.. I too look forward to the sequel I'll pick it u p. as for showing off what the dc can do check out test drive le mans or phantasy star online.
All at once the ghosts come back reeling you in now.
