It seems to me that sometimes when I come back the next year that the coaster seems to be giving riders a lot more pain than the year before. Like the Mind Erasor, Double Loop, Serial Thriller at SFWOA and at CP the Corkscrew makes my back hurt (thats what I get for sitting in the back)
Mind Eraser at SFA. I was having some kind of weird neck spasms after taking two rides on it.

"Enjoy your ride on ROAR and thank you for riding out loud"
I'll make it easy. First thing that comes to mind, ANYTHING by Vekoma. Sure the brand new ones aren't bad, but just you wait! T2 one of the oldest SLCs at 6 years old, didn't bang me around it's opening year. Today, it's just BRUTAL! I didn't know coasters could age so fast!

Arrow's and Vekoma's have always been bumpy from the day they were built...Supposedly Arrow has fixed the problem.:) Also, with Serial Thriller, don't get all tense and the bumps will be fine, I learned that from the best,

I don't know that I'd trust the riding advice from a guy who thinks a Vekoma hang-n-bang is better than a B&M inverter. That, and if you have to fight the ride to enjoy it, something isn't right.

Twisted Sisters, unfortunately. The ride was great for about 2 years, and now it is just horrid.

Don't touch the watch.
Does the infamous Thrillerman really prefer that hang-n-bang to one of those great Swiss machines?
I can understand it being someone's favorite invert at Geauga Lake, but I think it would be safe to say most people prefer the lamest B&M invert to a hang-n-bang.

Two Face a Vekoma Intertigo is aging just fine thank you and it's three years old. On Vekoma coasters it has everything to do with the wheel assembly. Take a look at an Invertigo's wheels which swivel independently and compare it to a SLC's joined wheels and you'll see why they are so different. This is why I believe the Invertigo's will remain smooth for the life of the coaster. So what's my vote for coaster that's aged the fastest? Wildcat at Hersheypark. Placing my hands in the air the last time I rode in 2000 was a big mistake.

Face/Off at PKI constantly scares the crap out of people getting on time and time again. It's not rough at all and very scary and intense. I can't wait for the new super invertigos(if they can finally get one open).

PKI-Wooden, Helix, and Kiddie Coaster Capital of the World!
The First and Only Gigabuzzer bigger than Millie, rising Faster than Maggie, and pulls more BS than MS ever will!!!
I hope Hiede Park's Colossos ages well so that we can see more Intamin hyperwoodies
It all boils down to the "M" word people-maintenance! If you have good people and a budget to back them up there's no excuse for a rough ride.
So what is the worst aging coaster that you can think of then????
