Coasters that look good but they ride bad.

Have you ever been on a coaster that looks good but it rides terrible?? Everytime I go to sfmm I keep looking at collosus when we arrive, It looks so great that I feel like I must ride it. Collosus was the first woodie I went on and It was so disapointed It was rough. Still It looks so neat as you watch it dropping gracefully all around the track, It looks so huge and so tempting enough to ride. Collosus is one the most beautiful woodies I have ever seen but it sucks sadly :(
Yeah.....Mean Streak.

It's his turn to feast, when you ride the Son of Beast.

CoughKumbacough
I have to agree with PKI fanatic- Meanstreak is a beauty but the ride is lackluster.
SOB is also great looking coaster too ...But I was not impressed with it either, Thought beast was alittle better IMO

Roller coaster of Love ~ ooi ~ ooi ~ ooi
How about windjammer. It looks cool with the racing and going upside down but I heard it rode terrible.

Top 5 coasters:
1. The Beast 2. Millenium Force 3. The Incredible Hulk 4. Superman: ROS (SFNE) 5. Alpengeist
From my experiences: Hercules at Dorney, by far.
kumba!!! What are you taling about, Kumba is an classic ride that just keeps delivering the thrills. It is disgraceful to hear kumba mentioned among such rides as the awful mean streak and windjammer.
Sorry buzzers but I'd have to say Magnum XL-200 because the ride looked awesome but the ride just wasn't good for me. The bunny hills are a pain in the neck, literally.
Another coaster that looked good but they ride bad was Batman: The Ride at SFGAm. The ride is in such a same area the that loops are very small, and the G-Force is a killer. My the corner of my eyes were turning black and that wasn't cool.

Probably any of the arrow mega-loopers
I totally respect your opinion, but I personally think that the Arrow mega-loopers give an extremely unique ride. I'd prefer them over some Swiss creations because they're just so huge and blown out of proportion. I mean, the G's you pull in the loop of Viper @ SFMM can't even be compared to the sensations you feel on a B&M. But I like all coasters, so it's all good.

Anyway, to keep this on topic, I thought that Psyclone at SFMM looked like a fun ride. Boy was I wrong.

If bees make honey, then do earwigs make chutney?
Grizzly at PGA looked like a fun wooden coaster when I was there. Let's just say I got a bruise on my elbow on it.
Definitely Ninja at Six Flags over Georgia. Beautfiul but painful. Kind of like the women I used to date...
Personally, I think most Arrows are pretty ugly. Yes, I'd even admit that Phantom's Revenge isn't too easy on the eyes. (The black/green color scheme is an improvement over the grey/black, though.)

I knew Mean Streak would come up here. It's really beautiful... when you're on the ground.
