Though I haven't been on enough coasters for competition, I would have to say either Mean Streak or Serial Thriller. Mean Streak is just a rundown, rough ride... regardless if there isn't any shoulder restraints or head rests ... the constant shaking takes it out on me. As for Serial Thriller, there was absolutly no padding when I rode it last and I nailed my head numerous times, if my head wasn't aching when I got off it was my neck from trying to hold my head still the whole ride.
Joker's Jinx, the FOFs before the removal of the OTSRs, and Drachen Fire are all candidates, but the winner is the Robin side of Batman and Robin, The Chiller. Totally pounding even on the straights. A girl who was foolish enough to not folow the signs and remove her small earrings was bleeding when she got off.
I got a mild form of whiplash on Face/Off at PKI, I banged my head on the OTSR and it made for a miserable day at the park.
I think the Ninja at SFOG is the easiest to overcome headbanging (lean into it). I think Iron Wolf at SFGAM bangs the head the most.

Somehow, I still find it hard to believe that I never hit my head on the restraints. I don't know why, I allways get a nice ride, and most harnesses don't even come anywhere near my head, so it's odd since I'm an average 14 year old (as in height) and I still never hit my head in restraints.
