Coasters built by inhouse crew?

I think the Thunderbolt at SFNE was built inhouse when it was Riverside Park. Its a fun little wooden coaster.
Viper a SFGAm, and they did a great job. I was there yesterday, and took the train to get off my poor old feet. They said it was designed by some guy, but I don't remember it.
Went on Viper three days ago. Awesome ride.
Yes, PGA was run by KECO in the mid to late 80s, after the city of Santa Clara bought it from a real estate developer who wanted to tear down the park. KECO had an option to buy it after a 5 year lease, but then Paramount bought KECO.

I knew that Zierer and Togo built the two rides, but I thought that Knotts designed the basic layouts for both rides?
Or is that not even true...

Twister was built in house by the Knoebels staff. The original plans for the original Mr. Twister were used for the drops and turns but, the entire layout was tweaked in many areas to fit the space given giving Twister a more twisted layout than the original. Although the drops and turns are near identical each have two destinct layouts.

Hello, My name is Dan and I'm a coasterholic.
I am pretty sure that the Silverwood woodies (TImber Terror and Tremors) were both built by the park's crew, even though they are CCI designs.
