Why don't you email the webmaster. Maybe he is busy doing other things and doesn't have time to update it, or maybe he just doesn't have the interest to update it right now.

I personally have a feeling the webmaster is gonna bust out something huge on the site...like a new layout or something....that would look good....no offence but the current one sucks really bad...to me anyways.
