addes Boomers! and more

The Dania Beach Hurricane from Boomers! (formerly known as Grad Prix) is CoasterGallery's latest addition. Joel and Jeff Rogers are racing to see who gets on 500 coasters first, and you can benefit from their sibling rivalry!

If you have not visited the gallery lately, be sure to look around. Park histories and descriptions have been added to many of the parks. Also, details on past coasters as well as press releases about 2002 coasters are being added this winter.

Enjoy the information, the "Birds & Coasters Gallery," the historical lessons, the search features, news and, of course, the pictures!

Nice addition Joel, pictures were great even better with that glorious sky over Hurricane.  Keep up the good work, good luck on your run to 500.

Very nice! What an awesome site, keep it up :). I hope Timbers is on the list of coasters to hit this season, eventhough you both have ridden it. Just wait for my 500th Joel...I'll proudly be wearing my Coaster Gallery shirt just because you picked an awesome coaster to be your logo;).

So they put on an old train once?  I am lost, sorry.  Could somebody explain that record?

Nice job with Boomers!  It's about time it gets some real attention!  By the way, if you notice on the photo of the train on the brake with only 4 people on the entire train, well, thats pretty much how it is.... always.   Its ashame they're not gettin the buisiness they really deserve.

When I said, "really seasoned coaster fans," that was my polite way of saying, "they crammed the train full of old people!"  The average rider on that record setting run was nearly seventy years old.

I saw pictures from that event.  I hope that when I am eighty that I am still riding coasters like those folks!

Two of the people on that train were members of the Florida Coaster Club (Sorry had to get a plug in.) Joel, you got some great pics of a very good coaster. Keep up the good work.

A plug is fine!  I love the "We Ride All Year" slogan.  Since I rode Hurricane just  few days before Christmas, it certainly is true!
