CoasterDynamix recently attended the International Hobby Expo in Chicago last week and was awarded the Buyer's Choice award for best science/educational product and also won the prestigious Buyer's Choice award for Best in Show. The new Scorpion model won Best in show over all the Radio Control, model railroad, diecast, and gaming products from over 100 exhibitors. We are very proud of these awards and the exposure it gives our company and the coaster community in general. Our booth was PACKED all weekend with young and old alike. Everyone loves coasters it seems, even if they prefer watching over riding.

I heard the booth was crazy with people in and out the entire time. It can only mean there are only good things to come from it. Way to go!

With this new positive exposure, do you guys see yourselves getting more potential buyers through the hobby shop vendors? If so, would this lead to an increase in production volume and a decrease in the cost of future kits?

It's still me, here from the beginning back in 1999. Add 1500+ posts to the number I have in the info section if you care about such things.

Congrats!

Now if only this exposure would gain you much popularity and the opportunity to mass produce and drop the prices a little! Id LOVE to have one, but dont want to spend $500....i have done worse though...

You don't have to spend $500... the Scorpion is $275.
