I have to pass on CBcon myself. However, I do plan on making Timbersfest. I hope I get my membership card in time.

I work a job where weekends are very hard to get off, so I still don't know. Throw on top of that the fact that my coaster-riding friend is going to be in Germany June 9, so I'm still looking for one of my friends who is interested in going. 4 and half hours to Cinci is a long drive solo! So we'll see. I really do want to try to make it though...

I get the feeling there's a conspiracy over at King's Island to remove anything that has "K" or "C" in its initials.

Defently count me in for sure! I'm planning to go to Holiday World 31st & June 1st, followed by coastermainia Cedar Point June 7th also I will be there on June 8th then heading down to Kings Island on June 9th! And lastley not to forget about Timbers Fest June 14th-17th ;).

I'm about 2 inches from committing to it.....except when I printed out my registration it said I had to pick up my tix by 11 am. This might pose a problem for yours truly, who might have a little trouble getting on the road by 7 am from CP country or who might even wind up farther away from the park (Conneaut Lake or even Buffalo--who knows?) After all, PKI will be park #7 (if not #10) of the CPlaya 100.

If I can either get my tix in advance or pick them up in the early PM, I'm in. Otherwise I might just get to PKI when I get there.

The CoastaPlaya 100 begins 6/6/02...

Since my husband is still without a job, I had to make a choice between Coastermania, Timbersfest and Coasterbuzz Con. Since I'm a CP season pass holder, the choice was kinda obvious. I'm going to Timbersfest for sure. If PKI wasn't 5 hours away, I would have gone. But I just can't afford two nights hotel in Cinci.

I had HOPED to stay with some friends in Columbus, but my friend's father passed away this week and it looks like they may not be available.

I haven't sent in my regisarion yest Jeff, sorry but I get payed today and the check will b in the mail as soon as I get Ink to print the form out, anyway, Kneemeister and I are going and I am brngina long a couple Ladies as well. WOO HOO A LITTLE LESS OF A SAUSAGE FEST.

Anyway I am Hitting Coastermania on Friday, SFWOA on Saturday, and Coasterbuzz Con on Sunday. I still have two weeks anyway so in my procastinating self I am doing Good.

I've got the same intinerary as Magnum Force -- Fri is CP Coastermania, Sat is SFWoA, and Sun is PKI (not spending the extra dough for the Con, don't think it's worth it). I'll be sure to say "yellow!" to all the Buzzers out there that day.

I will be there. I'll be @ CP on June 7th for Coastermania, June 8th @ SFWOA, and then the ninth @ PKI. I might even see how many coasters I can ride on the 7th by hitting both CP anf SFWOA. Of course, I may have to make the 8th Kennywood then.

As fate/fortune would have it, we'll be at the National Rowing Championships on Saturday (in Cincy this year, pretty convenient, huh). Our close friend Paul runs the local crew squad, GAR, and we'll be cheering on the kids that day. Couldn't have worked out better - I hate going to big parks on Saturdays anyway, the "sardine effect" is overwhelming....but I'll be posting the week of SRM thru CBCon on the meeting calendar...

side note: next year he's coaching at Princeton, and my NJ geography tells me good things are in store...

Believe me Bill, I will :) I'm actually debating bringing the laptop so that I can compose my trip reports on the fly (even if I can't post them), although that introduces not just a can of worms, but a whole darn case...

I'm skipping a saturday night wedding to be there.:)

I had originally planned on attending, but I later found out that my grandparents' 55th wedding anniversary dinner is that night. I don't think that my missing that for a day at PKI would go over that well, so I'll be in Pittsburgh.

It depends on how much coastering my wife can stand in a two week period. We're going to SRM for sure, and probably Coastermania or CoasterbuzzCon, but not both. Her favorite park is CP, mine is PKI...who knows. It will probably be a fairly last minute decison.
