SFoT has been open for a month, and while it's still better than last year, things have dropped off noticably. People still greet and characters are still out, but not *every* employee smiles and says hi. Now it's only about 40%.
Andy, you know I think pretty highly of your opinion, and this concerns me GREATLY...
SnyderCo can increase prices across the board and promise *improvements*, but SF also has a corporate CULTURE that has for the longest time stressed customer service - in April...if SFoT is showing signs that the fixes were temporary in nature, that doesn't sound promising for the rest of the chain...
Time will tell, and I want to remain hopeful...

I too find it disappointing. Seems like the entrenched year to year culture is going to take a lot more to shake. Maybe I just hit it on a bad day, but it certainly wasn't as impressive as it was on opening day (when everyone from sweepers to ops to the hand stamp guy was saying "hi").

Personally, I think they are and I'm seeing a lot more smiling happy faces when I walk around.. both guests -- young and old alike, and employees.
I hope things only keep getting better.
