COASTER Trivia 2005

There's a difference between going "under water" and going "underwater." The latter would imply submurged... so I (reluctantly) guess you're right.
Yes, Ninja and Gold Rusher count as hundreds of gallons of water (or that mucky stuff found in the flume at SFMM that is sometimes reffered to as water) counts! =)

As does Anaconda and Vanish.

Any others?

I'm tired so I can only think of two more:

Disneyland Paris' Big Thunder Mtn Railroad; Holiday World's Legend

Going back to which RC goes straight up the lift from the station, I can think of like four more. All of the Batman clones (abiously there are more than one), Viper at SFMM, Jaguar at Knotts and that RC at the Santa Monica peer in Cali. Also, doesen't MF goes straight up the station too?
Well I can think of one more wooden coaster that goes straight to the lift. It's Thundercoaster at Tusenfryd. http://www.s104638357.websitehome.co.uk/html/thundercoaster_main.htm

CoasterFam25 - all of those are steel coasters...the question was what WOOD coasters go from the station right to the lift?

^Doesn't M:TR go straight up the lift? Or does it curve first? ;)
I haven't found anyone who's actually ridden the darned thing, so who knows...

They Live. We Sleep.

How did I forget about DLP's Thunder!!!!!

--Robb "My favorite mine train!" Alvey

That second one qualifies only as a waiver to a special exception, kpjb. I mean most of the riders would have been underwater, but part of the train itself would have still been above.
Heres one for ya... What coaster was seen in the movie "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World?

i'm not sure what to put here..

Easy: Long Beach Cyclone Racer.
Alot of people over look the great Cyclone Racer. Gotta love Queen Mary :( We hate you!!!!!

i'm not sure what to put here..

Damn Moosh, you beat me to it...If I'd only read this a minute sooner.
The Mine Train at SFOT, better known as the Runaway Mine Train.....goes underwater that is. *** Edited 3/4/2005 8:33:47 PM UTC by stuey***
Here's another one....

"How many coasters can you think of that have a female name or theme."

Here is an example: Sky Princess

I can think of 4 others at the moment, 3 of them should be easy, 1 of them is kind of tricky. ;)

Two easy ones:

Medusa
Poison Ivy

Ahh, I forgot Poison Ivy!

Yeah, Medusa was actually is two of the 3 easy ones!

So I can still think of one easy one, and one tricky one.

Rita

Twisted Sisters (I know it's Twins now, but still females unless they had a sex change (adadectomy?) with the name change...)

^Would that count as two, Stella and Lola? *** Edited 3/4/2005 9:57:22 PM UTC by ShaneDenmark***

But then again, what do I know?
