I'm voting only on your Giant Dipper v. Manhattan Express match-up, as I have only ridden a few of the other coasters on the list (Where are all the east coasters?).

Giant Dipper beats Manhattan Express hands down. A wonderful, old wooden coaster with a great ride and good feel and affordable price, MUST rank over the new, over-engineered steel monstrosity priced at $10 per ride (sure, that includes a "neck adjustment," but . . . )
