I am hoping I get this station locally.
Now I have to do the boring task of finding the channel number off my dish... I hate doing that.

Hopefully they won't rate the coasters based on their individual hype.

;)Rollercoasters are like parrots......if they are taken care of, they should outlive you!;)
Ah, more television shows that might be worth watching. We'll see how it goes!

pretty tite
The name of the show sounds good. What are we going to be expecting? Will X be up an testing for the show tonight? I also would like to see Millennium Force & Steel Dragon 2000. How many of you would like to see on board camras on front row seats during the show?
I agree with Viper. I would much rather see the front seat POV than the riders expressions.
I just look forward to seeing a nonDiscovery approach. All the shows seem to border on being commercials(ie.Scream Parks shows every year and advertises out SFMM), but even those POV shots on the Discovery shows are POV enough, IMO. I like to see the riders, you know, coming out of seats and bobbing around, I think that's why it switches from POV......
Wow looks great. And I'm suprised to see that this is not a saftey related show compared to last year.

Live to have FUN!

Go Shamrocks!
Go Wolverines!
Viper, you just missed it last night. The Learning Channel aired three coaster programs last night and Thrill Rides 2001 showed both Millenium Force and SD2K. SD2K looks like an awesome coaster and I think I'd rather ride it than MF. The first three hills look awesome followed by an insane helix section followed by some great looking bunny hops.

If anybody else saw the show and has not ridden The Legend at Holiday World, ignore what you saw on that program. There was no POV and that wasn't nearly as long as the ride. It didn't even show the double helix with two tunnels.

great! a coaster show compeating with a wrestling show. what to watch? bah! I'm going to GAm tomorrow. I'll watch wrestling tonight and catch a re-run of the coaster show.

Ya, I hate those top 10 coaster shows...especially when Raven and Magnum beat MF...I don't think magnum comes close to the ride on MF magnum beats MF in the design by far...but its the overall ride experience, not just the coaster design...and raven? I've never ridden it but I have no idea how it can beat MF, O well ill just have to make the trip to HW :)

That ride sucked, but at least I got to see the ocean!

The show was pretty cool. They made one mistake though. Did anybody notice "Superman: Ultimate Escape at Cedar Point"? :)
Hey..what did you guys think? Notice the one mistake where they said Superman was at Cedar Point? That could be some real trouble!

Life is a roller coaster...ride it!
I noticed that and they stated Mantis tallest and fastest in the world! Wrong!
they said Knott's was in Anaheim! grrr
