Is there any coaster-related biographies out there? I am going to have to read a biography for school and I would like to find a book that I would actually enjoy reading. By coaster-related, I mean something like a manager of a designing company or manufacturer. Even an "extreme rider" would due.
Try getting a hold of a copy of "Legends of Terror" by Richard Munch. It describes the life and acheivements of Harry G. Traver. It's published by Amusement Park Books. Another good book is "Roller Coasters,Flumes and Flying Saucers" by Robert R. Reynolds. It's the story of Ed Morgan and Karl Bacon, the founders of Arrow Development.
