Coaster Question about Vegas.

I was wondering about coasters in vegas. Are they open 24/7 or set hours? Obviously they have to do daily maintenance(walk the track etc..) but since they are the city that is open all night how is this handled? how long are they down etc? This doesnt concern amusement park coasters just casino ones. Havent been to Vegas in a while any help would be appreciated.

On each of my couple of visits to Vegas - one in August, the other in June -
Speed, Manhattan Express, High Roller, Canyon Blaster and Desperado have called it a night between around 10pm and midnight. *** Edited 6/21/2004 11:46:01 PM UTC by Martin V*** *** Edited 6/21/2004 11:46:35 PM UTC by Martin V***

Most of them suck anyway. :) As Martin said, they're not open overnight, so catch them during the day between naps. Check each resort's Web site for schedules.

Speed is the only one on the strip worth riding, as far as I'm concerned. Madheadbanging Express is the worst.

Besides checking the websites, it's also good to confirm with a phone call since Desperado and High Roller often close due to winds.
