Coaster parts arrive at Six Flags Great Adventure

In a 21-picture update, East Coast Coasters shows the construction in the season pass parking lot at Six Flags Great Adventure. The supports appear to be similar to those found in other recent Intamin rides. Six Flags Great Adventure has yet to make an announcement.

So much for no one getting any more Intamins. I wonder what the restraints will be like, new Superman style or OTS?

Well, I think the restraint problems started becoming problems within the past couple of years. A project like this has probably been in the works for several years.

Sounds exciting though.

A two year lead time is about par for a custom designed coaster, a year to year and a half for an off the shelf model.
