We woke up and asked a hotel employee how long of a drive and she said 45 minutes, it only took us about 5. I guess she said 4 5 minutes because of her New England accent.
We got to the park about 9:30 and made a beeline to S:ROS. It was closed when we got there. It opened in about 20 minutes. I picked up a front seat ride.
S:ROS - #178
If you are reading this and have not rode it, quit. Get up and leave. This is by far the best coaster I have ever been. The airtime is simply amazing. The line throughout the was quite short. I ended up getting 19 rides! Only about a 5 minute wait.
Poison Ivy's TT- #179
Hey, I've said it before and I will say it again, I am a whore.
B:DK - #180
I wasn't very impressed with this coaster. It's ok for what it is. I am just a big fan of floorless and this just didn't compare to the rest. The corkscrews had some bad moments of headbanging, although the zero gravity roll was really good. This had a 45 minute wait compared to S:ROS.
Thunderbolt- #181
Not to bad. We wait about 1/2 hour. I love old woodies. Not too many forces, but still a fun good paced ride.
Cyclone - #182
This could have been a good ride. But it seems like it got messed up somewhere along the way. It had some really good points of airtime, but it was extremely rough, especially in the back.
Mind Eraser- #183
I walked by this hang and bang at least 10 times before finally I said "I guess I will wait the20 minutes", which is very unusual for me. I still don't like SLC's.
I finally sat down on one of those barrels that massages your feet, and man do those things revitalize you.
I rode S:ROS the last 2 hours that the park was open. I can not wait to go back again, hey it's only about a 12 hour drive.
