WHOA! Did I miss a few. I was, however, not considering any combo names, nor minor league teams. For example, I wouldn't consider American Eagle for the Philadelphia Eagles or Gwazi-Lion for my Detroit Lions, or as you mentioned, Jet coaster for the NY Jets. Sorry, Shaggy, but the Hershey Bears are not NHL. I only considered U.S. Coaster whole names, singular or plural notwithstanding, from the top 4 leagues (NFL, NHL, NBA, MLB).
