So I am sitting here watching the old movie State Fair on TMC with my Girl. Does any one know what Rollercoaster appears in the movie during the coaster riding scene?
I was watching that too. I've got no idea what coaster that is.

According to imdb.com, State Fair was filmed in the Dallas, TX area. Maybe it was filmed on the Rocket at Casino Beach/Lakeworth Park in Fort Worth?
I thought that was a logical choice as well, until I realized that particular Comet didn't open until 1947. Two years after State Fair (1945) came out.
