(I tuned in near the end, and didn't even notice it was a coaster car...)
I suspect the park obtained the train bodies from some other Six Flags boneyard specifically for the show, or to use as [possible] replacements parts for Viper but never used them.
Sounds like an RCBD search is in order if no one recognizes the color scheme.

It could've been one of the car bodies from BPB's Revolution(Arrow shuttle looper) but I just don't see an Arrow train/car body being sent all the way over there from our side of the pond for something as trivial as that.

The show originated in the UK, but they've been doing a US version for quite a while now.
