Closing weekend - My 1,000th lap

Model coasters and rides

Hey all. First off, thanks for all of your comments, they really made me smile:); and like I said, I couldn't have come this far without most of you.

Second, an update :). As of closing today, I need exactly 9 more rides til the big 1K. To clarify some things, I'm not shooting for exactly 1,000 rides to end the season...I'd like to ride as much as possible while I still can. SOOO, I will be there at chain dropping tomorrow morning. Its been confirmed that we'll only be running one train tomorrow, that means we'll get around 15 trains an hour. I realize this could present a problem, considering I would be getting this ride that many of you are driving multiple hours to ride with me for (I love you all!) relatively early in the day. So, I say we set a time a little later that we can all be there. I'm going to be a leader here and say shoot for around 1:00 at the entrance. I'll ride 8 laps in the morning and then go enjoy the rest of the park to give you all a chance to get there. Traditionally I sit in the front row for the big marks, so we'll have some organizing to do. Anyway, let me know if 1:00 is cool with everyone...I can't wait to see you all tomorrow :):)!
