Clementon Park up for sale?

Is this legit?

I wish I could buy the park, but I dont have 15 million dollars. If I could buy it, I would fix the park.

From what I understand, the park goes up for sale every year or so, just to see if there are any takers. It was up for sale last year at this time, and no one bought it then. I wouldn't worry too much about the park not operating for next season.

Shucks. A couple of months ago, we could have bought Joyland Park for 1.6 million.

And to think Clementon is going up for nearly 10 times that price.
