Clementon bumper cars/whip

Does anyone know what happened to the bumper cars and whip that used to be at Clementon park? I heard someone say that Knoebel's bought them. But the Skooters at Knoebel's certainly aren't the bumper cars from Clementon. Anyone know more?

Just like most of Clementon's classic rides, they were removed without a trace. A shame.

A crying shame indeed. And what happened to the rotting flying scooter hulk that used to be inside one of Jack Rabbit's turns?

Incidently, Clementon's carousel frame (with new horses) is now located at the Louisville Zoo. I guess not everything was removed without a trace!

Something very big is about to be removed without a trace if someone (or some park) doesn't step up and take the Jack Rabbit. A shame because NJ is completely lacking when it comes to traditional amusement parks.
