Chris Emery not returning to Dorney Park after 12 years...

This is blowing up on FB, and I thought it was important enough to bring here.

I don't personally know Chris, but a special needs employee with 12 years of exemplary service should never be deemed "a poor fit" for your business. I see Dorney's page flooded with complaints about the HR decision, and rightfully so IMO.

Dorney, please do the right thing, and bring Chris back to the park he loves...

I did a search on Facebook just to see get some background and it looks like the park has had a change of heart.

I was going to say that there's probably way more to this story than what is being tossed around on social media. I went through a similar situation a few years ago with a terminally ill employee and the amount of false assumptions and rumor mongering that happened on Facebook was staggering.

You know, you have to be careful with this sort of thing, because mob mentality happens without context or understanding.
