Chinese Gymnast Injured at SFGAm
Local TV just reported that one of the Chinese Gymnasts fell this evening. The gymnast had to be airlifted to a local hospital and reportedly is in critical condition.
I could not find any stories posted on local television or newspaper sites yet as this is a new and developing story. I will search again in the morning...

If this isn't a sign for me to skip Six Flags this year, I don't know what is. For all I know, I'll be run over by the Guinness truck on my way in.
But on a side note, maybe he shouldn't have been doing handsprings down the exit ramp of Batman (note: I have no idea if a Batman exists at this park - it only sounded good as I was typing it, and there's a sporting chance that any Six Flags park has a "batman" or "superman" ride of some kind......)

DONT YOU DARE SLAM SIX FLAGS! Why does all of this bad stuff happen? Because of that evil company once called Premier. They tarnished and molested the SF name that Angus Wynne would puke if he was still alive. God I wish TW still owned Six Flags. Those were some fun years.
Opthodoc, yes SFGAm has a (THE) B:TR...SFGAm had the first B:TR hence my "THE"...
And no the gymnast was reportedly doing a performance when she fell...no exact details are available at this time but it does appear that Six Flags parks across the country are having a pretty bad streak running here with injuries and deaths...

coming out of the blue here, but could this be any type of terrorism to screw up our fun that they cant have? probably isnt, just a crazy idea. still confusing whats going on with six flags lately. thats about 5-6 park accidents in a month. starting with the zookeeper @ BGT. these accidents just give Ed Markey another thing to fuss about.

Was it jsut practice, or was it an actual show? I hope it was jsut practice, it seems a bit more devistating if a lot of people see it. When I was there last week they wer estill putting together the set for hte show.

When i was on American Eagle i saw a ambulance and fire truck going down the service road with their red lights on but no siren and thought it was odd, but it now may make sense.
And as a side note i have never seen so many rides not working today than ever before while at the park!!! Four rides were listed at the front that they might not be working and at least 6 others werent operating at all or only for a few hours. Not listed was Giant Drop which never opended and even Whizzer ran only part pf the day while V2 borke down several times. Not a good way to operate a park!!!
du8die, the park has been open daily since May 16th.
But I hate to see this happen to Six Flags, this is now 4 straight days of accidents at Six Flags.

I posted this too as well Redman. Good Job! There was also an article on Deja Vu will reopen soon that I posted. As much as I dont like hearing about things like this or of people being injured or killed on rides, it does look like Six Flags is "accident prone" this year.
