Chick falls out of ferris wheel in to crowd of onlookers!

Talk about an unsafe ride! This chick is half way up on a ferris wheel and falls out RIGHT IN TO THE MIDWAY!!! She obviously wasn't put in her restraints properly.

The most disturbing thing is that the other park guests really don't seem to care.

Wow...Watkins has really slowed down their newer versions of Rampage. I don't see how she fell out.

If only this could have been prevented. There is definitely a need for more regulation and oversight when it comes to model traveling carnivals.

They shouldn't have chicks operating such rides, they need chickens who are at least 18 years of age.

^^ By that age, they're already served as the main course at the consession stands.

Serves her right for ignoring the sign "No Food Or Drink Permitted on Rides."

I sure hope that park doesn't have a Chick-Fil-A.

...And sources say the park's owner, "Nugget Drumsticks" was unavailable for comment...but a park spokesbird made this statement...

"We will do anything to settle this outside of the (food) court. Nobody should leave our park in a fowl mood."

Sounds like somebody got their feathers ruffled. The plaintiff, Katya Torre, said she's not going to settle this case for chicken feed, claiming she was skinned as a result of the fall from the popular Sesame Chicken Place attraction.

The park's attorneys, Bell & Evans, hope to peck away at her case, claiming that the video evidence clearly demonstrates rider error. "She doesn't have a drumstick to stand on," says attorney Perdue Tyson. "She also appears to be stewed, in which case her claim is pretty much fried."

Flame me as you will, but this is an example of animal cruelty.

Naw. the chick has free will. It chose to ride the wheel. It also chose to climb out.
