Harry Potter: The Exhibition takes visitors from the Hogwarts Express train platform through the Gryffindor common room, classrooms, the Great Hall, the Forbidden Forest and Hagrid's hut. Was just there last week and saw the long lines to purchase tickets, and plan to go back for the exhibit sometime perhaps in May or June. I wouldn't go opening weekend just because of the crowds, plus already have plans for Indiana Beach. (though being opening weekend there I am sure there will be crowds as well) Great museum though, didn't get to see all of it last weekend, another reason to hit it up besides the HP exhibit.
