Cheetah Hunt, Busch Gardens Tampa's newest roller coaster, is set to open on May 27. The ride is already testing with riders, mostly employees and members of the press.

Looks like a winner and that cheetah kitten is pretty freaking cute.
I like how the trainers are playing chase with cheetah cubs in that video - now throw a full size one in there, I'll pay to see that!
I was wishing it was open when we were there this past October. Looking forward to it next time we make the the trip from PA. Its also cool that its only a 48" height limit. We keep telling our daughter that we'll go back when she'll ride everything. Hoping that is sooner than later.
How can it be a sleeper hit when everyone talks about it? :)

Hmmm.
That's completely strange. Which of these things is not like the other?

Assuming all goes well, I should have some ride reports by HWN...find me for a ride report (you might have to "buy" me a sweet tea though)! ;)

Awesome! thanks! Awesome! Awesome! lol
I just watched it. Looks really fun; better than I expected.

Wow, it's long! That looks like a ton of fun. The "tree" seemed kind of goofy, but I like it. Neat chance to look around a bit.

D'oh - thanks DVN, didn't occur to me to check their YouTube account...
The tree looks hella-awkward to me (as it did before the track even got placed)...but it IS a nice chance to view the layout.
Looks pretty sweet. I'm disapointed my visit to Orlando was earlier in the year. I doubt I'll make it back anytime soon.
