Checketts wants to build park in Logan, Utah

Stan Checketts, a lifelong resident of Providence, Utah and CEO of S&S Power, wants to build a fun park south of Logan that would include such things as a go kart track, miniature golf, concession stands — and the extreme, adrenaline-overload rides that S&S Power designs, manufactures, ships and installs all over the world.

He climbs up and down the towers, no joke. The guy's in great shape.

Remember, this is Salt Lake City. Did nobody think to do their homework?

Where can I see the picture of Stan on top of Power Tower? Or is that April Fools too?

Try S&S's website.
Don't know about the park, but the picture of Stan on Power Tower is no joke. I've seen it before.

I really hope that this is no joke. I think that Utah could use another park, Lagoon would benefit from a little competition. I do think that it is smart that they are building it right next to the production center. But if I were up to me I would build down in Utah county. It has the youngest, and fastest growing population, and there is almost nothing to do down there. But thats just me. Good Luck, Stan!!!
I noticed the bit about an S&S employee dying on one of the towers when he didn't secure his restraint-anyone else ever heard anything about this accident?
