I recall a cheat that allowed this, but I can't remember what it is. I believe it was naming a guest a certain name (like the John D Rockefeller name giving you $10,000) but I can't be sure.
Anyone else remember what it was?
Just thought I would fire up the game after a few months away from it. Since most of the scenarios I found weak, I was just planning on playing in the sand box... and since there are no rules in the sand box, why not use this cheat and build what I want the way I want.
