IB, Lakemont, and Knoebels have the cheapest food that I recall. Plus Knoebels has food so good that you might go there to eat if you live nearby.
I'm gonna jump on the K-wood and Holiday World band wagon.

Just one thing bothers me about HW, though. They have a stand called Goblin Burgers. Are we supposed to take that as "Yay, I'm gobbling burgers?" Or are we supposed to assume that it's burgers made from Goblin?
