Chang's opening day

Does anyone know Chang's actual opening day?

Chang is a stand-up at Kentucky Kingdom. It's very similar to a mirror of Mantis, though slightly different (it's creepy to see, actually). Scott did have pictures on his site, but no more.

Chang IMO is a much better ride than Mantis. It seems to maintain its speed to a much greater extent than Mantis. Question though: It is now painted Green and Purple, wasn't it originally different colors? Are they planning on retheming that area (Chang -> RR, T2 -> Batman)? Its funny, cause I heard a lot of workers and patrons referring to T2 (an SLC) as batman....

When I first got a look at Chang, I thought Kentucky Kingdom stole Mantis and threw it in their park!! But I cooled off, and realized there was an extra corkscrew and that there are clones and mirrors of rides.

2Hostyl, yes Chang had a different color(notice I said COLOR). Before they painted it like Medusa, it was all yellow. If you want to see a photo of it go to rcdb.com. They have pictures of its original color and pictures of the Medusa color scheme.
