Are the lease terms new information?
Per Cedar Fair's 10-K from 2023:
On June 27, 2022, we sold the land at California's Great America. Concurrently with the sale, we entered into a lease contract that allows us to operate the park during a six-year term, and we have an option to extend the term for an additional five years. The lease is subject to early termination by the buyer with at least two years' prior notice.
Six year lease would run to June 30, 2028 and 5 year extension would take it to 2033 (park talked about possibly operating the park for 11 years when they sold the land). And two years notice for Prologis to be able to terminate the lease was noted as well.
