CF announces ride names for Geauga Lake.

CF was waiting for the "Best of" to come from ARN&R so they could choose the new names carefully...;)

I can very nearly promise you that the deal has not yet closed. You can bet there won't be any new site until the deal HAS closed.

I guess the more important question is, is the deal in danger of falling through or is it just being slow like all other things that involve this much money?

Slow. It's been what, two weeks since the announcement? How long did the MiAdv one take 'til it was final? A month or two?

I mean slow as in I seem to remember some of "Those That Know" saying to just wait for April 1st ... well, it's April 1st, and if anything is true with financial deals, it's that deadlines don't mean crap.

I'm not saying I think it's falling through, hell it could probably wait til April 29th and they'd still make it work, but I was just curious if there was any information as to if there were any kinds of problems with the deal?

You know what though bit0mike. It is slow, cause like those in the know keep saying April 1, the park people keep saying April 1 as to when we will know what to do with my season pass.

I, like a lot of other people are anxious to know what is happening with their season pass.

No one who would know said anything about April 1 as "the" date. In the conference call they frequently said "around April 1." There's no danger of anything falling through. Y'all should relax and have soda.

As my bit of April Fool's tomfoolery, I would like to say today that I care about what they are going to name their rides.

Brian, who doesn't see why ANYONE without a vested interest (pending or purchased season pass) seems to care. Cept Moosh, but he's just a big ol' weirdo. ;)
