Cedar Point's Joe Cool Club

On wednesday, April 23 I went to the park to get my Season Pass fulfilled. I paid the extra for the Joe Cool Club membership and was wondering about a few questions. My Season pass and the Season passes the rest of my family have are the same except for the fact that mine has a wide hole punched in the left hand side for a necklace to be attached or something.

Is this hole what will notify the staff member at the gates that I am enrolled in the Joe Cool Club? If not, I don't see the difference between my Season pass and my Family members. Did I get ripped off? If so should I call the park and notify them? or am I worrying about nothing? Any and all responces would be appreciated.

If you joined the Joe Cool Club, you should have a small red circle on the top right corner that says "Joe Cool Club."

The hole on the left is so you can attach a necklace type thing.

Some idiot just punched it because they think everyone wants to hang their pass from their neck like a 7-year old. If you have a JC membership, it should have a pic of snoopy in the upper right hand corner saying Joe Cool Club in a red circle.

There should be a red dot with Snoopy and Joe Cool Club in the upper right corner of your pass. If you do not have this, or a sticker that says Joe Cool club, you do not have it.

Did you have the JCC certificate along with your season pass certificate when you processed? If not, you didn't pay for JCC.

Well I definately do not have that Red Circle on my card. What do you think would be your best suggestion to do to resolve the problem. I Know they were quite busy on that first wednesday that the season pass processing was in effect, they may have over-looked the back portion of the card I filled out for them because I was the only person in my family to have Joe Cool Club membership.

And yes, I did haev that with me and I waited in line first off to pay for the damn thing. I have a reciept or something around here somewhere I think. Does anyone know if they keep all of those blue cards that you give to the person behind the computer in file? This sucks...

Well, if you bring the receipt and your pass, you should be good. Unforunately, that could mean dealing with the season pass line again.

Last year, I simply went to guest relations and they traded my non-Joe pass for a Joe Cool pass there allowing me to skip going thru the line across the way.
