Cedar Point Resort Question

Does Cedar Point have tent sites at there campground besides having rv, camper, and cabin sites?

I would appreciate it thank you

No, you wouldn't want to camp in a tent there anyway because if a good enough rain comes along, your tent will flood. There's a campground very close by that does offer tent camping, but not on CP property.

And why will your tent flood if a good enough rain comes?

Some tents flood, some don't. Unless we're talking hurricane-like downpour, the amount of water that hits them has very little to do with it.

I once stayed at Camper Village. It's not very much of a camp ground. However, It is the cheap way to stay at The Point.

I think CP should have built another resort. A log cabin - style lodge, similar to the Fort Wilderness Lodge at WDW.

Or they could just expand breakers.

...or they could expand Lighthouse Point.

Oh wait...Kinzel already mentioned that they plan to do that for the 2004 season ;)

The reason I aways heard for tent's not being allowed is that area floods easily. So unless your tent doubles as a boat....

Floods isn't the word. Try water up past your knee. Now I am sure you wouldn't want that in your tent. Heck, you would end up in the shipping channel.
