Is our Worlds of Fun 2002 season pass good for admission to Cedar Point during Halloweekends? Can anyone tell me the Ceder Point non-official website that has the crowd calendar? Any other advise for Halloweekends visit would be appreciated including advice for clean, inexpensive lodging.
Thanks, DAC
If you were to check the WOF website, or the Cedar Point website, you'd find your season pass is good at any Cedar Fair park.
As near as I can tell, there are no "crowd calendars". Crowds depend on the weather. Cold and cloudy/rainy days see less crowds than warmer sunny days.
Friday nights have limited ride access (although MF, WT, Raptor and Magnum are generally open for sure). The haunted houses tend to have lines.

I'm happy to have my questions answered but you could lighten up on the sarcasism. Your response was like, If you would have checked here I wouldn't have to answer this silly question. Please don't admonish others for asking questions. Before driving a great distance to CP during halloween, I want to make absolutely sure that my pass will be valid. My question wasn't answered anyway. The question was: Are Cedar Fair (WoF) passes good during Halloweekends at Cedar Point. I know that they are good at all CF parks but the sites say good all Summer at CF parks. I know that some parks in the past have charged seperate admission for fall events. And yes there is an independent website that includes a crowd calender for CP. Please consider respect and courtesy towards other posters in your answers. The crowd advise and Friday night advise was helpful, although I had already saw this on the CP website, which I did have the forsight to check prior to posting this question.

Well yes, why wouldn't they be? "Worlds of Fun Season Pass - Also valid at Cedar Point, Dorney Park, Knott's Berry Farm, Michigan's Adventure and Valleyfair." Besdies, if you want to be sure, especially to travel, I would think that you'd call the park.
The "crowd calendar" is a joke. I don't understand why people can't just use common sense on the issue. If the weather is nice, parks draw crowds. If it's a holiday weekend, they're worse. If the kids are in school, the crowds generally less. If the park is open noon to 8, they don't expect a big crowd. If they're open until midnight, they do.
And for the record I don't see anything particularly offensive or "sarcasism" in CPLady's post.

Dear Mr. Caskey,
CPLady simply advised you to seek out the most authoritative source to answer your question. Where I come from that is not considered sarcastic, or admonishing. It is considered courteous.
I was not trying to be sarcastic...just HELPFUL. I'm sorry if you took it that way. Funny, if you think my answer was sarcastic, you are going to be rudely surprised if you stick around on this site.

The worst day at Cedar Point is better than the best day at work.
I have a question driven more by curiosity than anything else.
Are the "haunted areas" upcharge attractions at CP, PKI and the like?
My home park, BGT has a $15-$20 upcharge for pass holders and a $30-40 GP gate charge depending upon date and residency.
The park is open 7:30pm-1:30/2:00am for Howl-O-Scream. They are open 9-6 for normal operation before Howl-O-Scream begins.
