Cedar Point. July 6, 2002

Trying to compare Magnum in 1989 to Magnum in 2002 is like trying to compare apple and oranges. It just has not aged well, which is typical of many Arrow coasters. I would take Steel Force over Magnum anyday, but on the same hand, Cedar Point just wouldn't be the same without it.

I cannot one bit agree with you, genetic force, on taking Steel Force over Magnum anytime. Steel Force was not a fraction as good as Magnum. It crawls over the camelbacks, and just downright sucks. Magnum's a perfect example of an out and back, great airtime, constant speed. I don't care if steel force is five feet taller, and goes three faster, Magnum's my coaster because it is the best...

You have got to be kidding me. I went on 7-16 & 7-17. I dont think I saw any rides op smile either day. One employee working Dodged even commented "This is not Six Flags, we dont sit on the handrails"

I think that SF-handrails comment was great -- I would have laughed if I was there. It's true, too, as SF seems to have a company-wide problem of controlling "thugs" (as I like to put them). Chalk one up for that ride op.

I rode in 2001, and I thought it was a great ride, and it had amazing air, wasn't rough, and the lapbars were fine. Also, I didn't even notice the trims before the turn around. Although it's not in my Top 10 (thanks to Raven and Legend), it's still a Top 10 quality ride.

ALF is cool, that's odd. That's one of the things I always like about Cedar Point, the friendliness of the workers. Must have just went on a bad day.
