Cedar Point could make another park

they could make another park out of the coasters the have dismantled over the past 130 some odd years theyve been open. this thread is completely pointless, i was just over whelmed by all of the dismantled coasters.

-----------------
Its not THE Shivering Timbers, its just Shivering Timbers. And its pronounced Michigan's Adventure.

Don't they have like 13 dismantled coasters? Something like that.

Another record- Most Defunct/Operating coasters at one park

-----------------
Cedar Point vs. SFMM-like 15 isnt enough?

Can someone list them all? Starting with the "Jumbo Jet" (which I only got to ride once before it was torn down...)

I can list Switchback Railway, Cyclone, Dips The Dips (Railway?), Leap Frog Railway, Wildcat, Scamper, Leap the Dips, Jumbo Jet, and I'm sure there are others.

If only they had a 'graveyard' where they all went...most of them were sold before they were dismantled. Jumbo Jet was in Maryland but now its in Russia somewhere. The Wild Mouse before the current Wildcat went to VF before it got sold somewhere on the east coast. And so on and so on...

The CPlaya 100--6 days, 9 parks, 47 coasters, 2037 miles and a winner.....LoCoSuMo.

They're all on rcdb.

Top 10:
10)MF 9)Medusa 8)Raptor 7)DD Fire 6)S:RoS 5)Boulder Dash 4)Hulk
3)Beast2)Nitro1)Magnum

Ladies and gentleman, I think we have a winner. Check out Prater Park. 20 coaster no longer running. It says 19, but one of the 7 operating coasters is SBNO. Can you believe that?
Doesn't Coney Island have the record? I thought they may have had more than 20 coasters over the years....

-------------
LocoBazooka--Sevendust, Nonpoint, Stereo Vent, Mushroomhead
Korn Tour (With no name)--Korn, Puddle of Mudd, Deadsy

Coney Island is not one park. It was a grouping of different small parks. Astroland for example.

1989, 9 years old bawling my eyes out because I didn't want to ride Magnum. I did anyway and look at me now. Why did ya make me do it Dave? ;)
