Cedar Point Construction

If you look here, you can see they have been working on the transfer track and have 2 holding tracks in place. It also looks like the tower has risen some more.
Also, if you look at the most updated ground cam, you can see that all three sides are stating to pyramid off.... Is this the beginning of the end?
Still looks like at least one more large level if not two...

It is going to come to a point.

And....if you look a few topics down....

If the pyramid top will keep going at that angle and top off without a flat peice it will take about a little over 2 section but that means they don't have enough catwalks.

That was when he got booted, and then resigned up as CedarPointNUT, instead of CedarPointNut. At least this time he put a fraction of a thought into it.

Do you guys have any proof that he really is CedarPointNut?

Sure his name may be different, but at least his 100+ useless posts per week is still right on target.

The stupid **** he says is proof enough, but he also has the same email and birthdate as CPnonuts. Is that good enough? :)

Of course, he just changed them in his profile. That will fool us! I'm not convinced anymore ;)

I wonder if the crest will be supported by the top of the pyramid or freestanding like on Xcelerator.

There was a piece somewhere that looks like it will be the top of te pyramid and hold up the top hot as well. The piece had connections running out every which direction, so it was a big hint. I don't know where that picture is sorry. I'm sure someone else will provide you with that link.

I have a hunch that it will extend over the tower, but not as much as Xcelerator. Since it is twice as large as Xcelerator is the forces on the structure would be a lot greater if it had as much sway as Xcelerator does. I think it may go 20-30 feet above the structure, but no more. Anyway, thats just my $.02.

It *has* to be supported by the pyramid, remember this picture ( http://www.virtualmidway.com/popup/mysterypopup6001.asp?image=attraction404.jpg&title=Mystery%20Attraction )? You see how the piece to the left has an attachment portion? This is the piece of "evidence" that so many have used to support the allegation that there will be no Mr. Freeze like inversion on the ride, because the 'support attachment portion' in on the inside of the curve. Now, if you assume that the "tophat" is freestanding then this piece has to be something other than the top of the top hat. But, IMO, that is unlikely, so I think this piece will attach directly to the tower.
