CP always puts up blogs when they do major construction.... the construction for MF started midseason of the year before it opened. I could see a major project, not the tallest and fastest coaster, that would take 2 off seasons to complete coming to the point...
We havent seen a major change to a park midwat since Raptor back in 2003(unless u consider TTD..but it really didnt change that midway)I think we will see a major overdo of Fronteir Town to be completed for 2007

They won't change Frontiertown, it's the only themed are left in the park. They worked extra hard on Mean Streak and WWL not to completely mess that area up. They won't go changing anything now.

Me? I'm dishonest, and a dishonest man you can always trust to be dishonest. Honestly. It's the honest ones you want to watch out for, because you can never predict when they're going to do something incredibly... stupid.

Comparing Dragster's midway before and after it's construction, I would definitely disagree and say that it did change the midway very much...for the worse, in my opinion. :(

I do agree, though, that there are alterior motives behind this blog. I think that it is because of Holiday World's blog that they decided to do it...I mean just look at the ridiculous amount of buzz it created without even advertising.

Although the writers are employed by the park, they seem like they are going to act as if they are investigators, so that it's going to be an interesting read. This would give Monty a break from doing his journal entries and the park could control the flow of information better because they can chose what to reveal when they want to rather than if it was Monty. They can chose to reveal "new" developments at steady intervals because they can act like they just discovered them.

This very well could be the precursor to something exciting going on at the park.

Are you kidding? Look at what maXair and Wicked Twister did to that midway!! I'd call that a major change.

ok WT has zero change to the midway...it was built over sand??? maXair, fair it did alter the midway to some degree.
yea i guess TTD did change that midway, i agree for the worse. IMO i feel as if TTD looks like it was just thrown there...it doesnt fit in, and ruined a once calm shaded area of the park
