Cedar Point-7/2/04, Arguments, Cable Breaking, and All Out Fun!

Associated parks:
None

Alright guys, yesterday I went to Cedar Point and it was insane.

Firstly, I'm Kyle Fobe and 14, My cousin is Justin Vera and is 18, My aunt and uncle are Sue and Rick Cross both realtors and like to have fun. My uncle is very Mild Tempered and pretty smart.

So anyway, the first thing we do is get inline for dragster, and we are 4 people away from riding it, when it breaks down because the cable is frayed. So it takes 10 HOURS to fix dragster. But while we are in line, my uncle and cousin start fighting. They are dropping F bombs left and right.

My uncle was yelling at him for his language and Justin was like..yeah all I say is F F F F F. and My uncle tried to choke him but my cousin was like get ur F'in hands off me B'ch. So while they are fighting my aunt and I are sitting there with looks of embarassment all over our faces. I personally thought it was pretty funny but the wrong place to do it.

So finally my uncle says he is leaving and so we split up. Once we have split up we go on every rollercoaster at Cedar Point. The longest wait was a 40 minute Millenium Force wait.

All the rides were running perfect and it is getting towards the end of the day when we see TTD launch 2 trains, and we join the line. But a guy whoworks at CP comes out and is like "Even though you saw 2 trains launch we still can't guarantee Dragster opening. We do suggest u ride other rides at Cedar Point, etc. etc.

So were like. If it doesn't open by 7:45 then we are gonna leave. I said a prayer at 7:40 and it opened around 7:43. The whole crowd was ecstatic, because the first train launched was a rollback. As it launched 300 people in the station were cheering and everything and it was like being at a major sporting event. So when the first train made it over, everyone was like "HELL YEAH!" "YAY!!!!" "ALRIGHT!!" Etc.

So we finally boarded the black train. the second Car, front row. We are happy we get out onto the launch and we are going nuts. We all started chanting rollback rollback rollback! and finally we are launched. That is the biggest adrenaline rush of any launch I have ever been on. It is the funnest thing ever. It is insane! So we launch and sadly make it over. Then I have my hands up as we are going back down and I almost hit a handchopper support, but O well.

So finally with my new mousepad, onride, and keychain in tow. We finally leave with another wonderful visit to Cedar Point in our memories.

P.S. Magnum was running like No ones business. You were getting pulled over the lift hill in the back seat and Air like anything. IT was the most fun ride I was on.

Millenium was also so much fun because these grown men in front of us were screaming and hollering and It was really funny.

But my favorite ride of the day was TTD with an honorable mention going to WT because WT just scared the crap out of me. All in all it was fun and I really want to go back.

That's two more words than I can find to string together in response.

LoL family vacations are always a blast....Oh, and I bet this beats any trip you guys took! ;)

It's still spelled "Millennium."
I'm sorry Mike, I honestly wasn't paying attention. There are many more important things on my mind.

Since yesterday, My cousin is now living with his real father before he ships off in a month for Air Force. He got into a scuffle with his mom dropping an F bomb like crazy.

But back on yesterday, I can't imagine someone doing that. I mean I have the upmost respect for my parents but I would never say MF or F around them. Even though we get in a lot of fights.

They are both blue collar individuals who work hard and get what they deserve. If I said F you to my dad he would throw me off of TTD.

Sorry for updating you on the family situation but I figured this might interest some of you. I really don't know what to do cuz I am really close to my cousin.

Sorry for all my punctual and spelling and any other english errors Micheal but as you can see, there are more important things in my life to worry about.

Wow,

To be honest, I am amazed that they didn't escort you guys out of the park for the profanity like that.

Yep, cable breaking; seems to happen quite frequently any more. At least they actually worked on it instead of keeping it down the hole day.

I looked at the camera this morning, and again, I saw that crane right up by the control station of TTD. Wonder if they were just moving another car into place or what.

But, you could see people lining up on the outside of the queue line but no one was actually in the queue line or station.

Best...TR...ever.
I'm also surprised that the police did not come in and at least settle your uncle and cousin down. CP usually does not put up with that sort of thing. Glad you and your family had a great time and that you got a lap on TTD. Make sure you tell your cousin thanks for serving his country! We all are greatfull for those willing to serve.

Then go take care of the important things (like family) and stop posting on the internet about them. Oh, and while you're at it, buy a grammar manual and a dictionary.

wooowee! Glad you had fun...
I know if I ever, EVER spoke to any of my relatives like that, even in my old age, I would get the extension cord!

Fate is the path of least resistance.

A grammar manual?

How about you get a life and stop living off of correcting other peoples mistakes. I just posted my trip report to share the experiences I had at Cedar Point, not so you can sit at your computer and type your witty comebacks about how stupid my Freshman grammar is compared to a big shot like you who is probably an english professor or something.

I do thank you for your opinion and I'll try to be as precise as I can be with my grammar in the future, but there is no need for you to breathe down my back about it.

No problem just trying to help you out since pimping has gotten so much harder lately. I mean, I know you have no interests because you're lazy and just move your fingers fast.

Just trying to make your life just a little bit easier, man. No worries.

Wow. WildSexKing 6969... I have such respect for you now Kyle :) *** Edited 7/4/2004 5:59:19 PM UTC by DragonRider***
Damn....Your good....However that is my personal blog and I will put anything I want on it...Personally, I think it's hilarious. I don't care if you have respect for me. That's your choice DragonRider...I don't see how that profile offends you the least bit. It was a thing to make people laugh nothing less, nothing more. If you people really think I am a wild sex king you must be out of your minds. Oh and Micheal, I would of thought better coming from you then posting my xanga profile on a coaster website, where it has nothing to do with rollercoasters. I don't go through your screen names or look on your profiles for incriminating evidence to make others look at you as a weird person.

I do think those links should be removed. I mean do they have anything to do with my tr or rollercoasters at all? *** Edited 7/4/2004 6:06:11 PM UTC by Kyle Fobe***

I say you guys leave the kid alone. He hasn't done one thing wrong other than show enthusiasm for coasters and amusement parks and all you guys can do is try and feast on his mistakes (such as telling us about his personal life and allowing you vultures to pick him apart). What a buncha bullies. And on a damn coaster site too... who knew?

Take a bow. It's people like you that help make the world extremely jaded.
