Cedar Point 6/1/04

I'm not gonna write a big TR for Cedar Point because I am sure most of you guys have read a lot of them.

I didn't get to hit dragster because of rain, I hit it last year though so it wasn't a big deal.

Millenium Force was running insane. It's still a constant 1 hour wait for this thing. All I can say is Speed! The speed is really noticable for this ride. 10/10

Magnum was running really really rough. Last year I went on this 56 times in 2 days. This year I went on it only 10 times. It was rough, but still a fun ride and worth it for no wait. 8/10

Raptor was my favorite ride of the day. It was running flawlessly with smooth 2 train operation (I rode in the morning) and no Mid-course brakes. 10/10

Blue Streak was a fun little ride. Even though the rest of my party didnt like it, I loved it. Very enjoyable, and very smooth for a wooden rollercoaster.

Mean Streak is a little tiny rough, but I enjoyed the out of control feeling. They used the first drop brake, but didn't use the midcourse brakes for my ride. I finally heard a ride spiel on this ride. All my friends hate wooden coasters so they only complained the whole time. I told them to keep there backs and head off the head rests, but they wouldn't listen. 7/10

Gemini was fast, fun, and that head chopper on the 3rd or 4th hill gets me everytime. 7/10

I have gone to Cedar Point the last 6 years of my life, so I didn't ride every ride. I just went to have fun instead of being a stupid coaster enthusiast.

I had a very enjoyable time mostly because we were always acting stupid and screwing around. Too bad some Cedar Point people wouldn't let us have some of our on-ride photos.

The whole Cedar Point staff was very friendly. Which is why I try to get my family to comeback to Cedar Point yearly at least.

The funniest moment of the day though, had to be when we started fighting in the Millenium Force line. We were like dropkicking eachother. This day at Cedar Point was something to remember, with many memories I will never forget.

Kyle Says: Diamondback was a lot of fun! Made his first time at Kings Island worth it all!

Cubs vs. Red Sox in World Series. Sox in 7. Anyways, I'm heading up this weekend and now I cant wait, well more than before. Thanks for the report.

2 trains on Raptor? Thats weird I thought even on opening weekend there were three.

What about MF, is the red train still on the transfer?

Red Sox vs. Cubs in World Series, Cubs in 7, at home.

Nope, happily to report that all 3 trains were running on Millenium Force. They were filling the stations for one train though. Although you could wait for front or back row.

There were 2 trains on Raptor, but I think they put the third one on later. I think. I'm 95% positive.

On Millenium Force, It looked like they got curved T-Bar restraints. Also, I put my belt over the seat bar and clicked it in and they made me take it out and put it under. Then they almost stapled me and pulled tight on the belt.
